I built Haraya Health
because I lived the gap.

I'm Katie Duncalf — a qualified integrative nutrition and health coach. Before I built this business, I experienced the burnout, the dismissed symptoms, the exhausting cycle of trying everything and getting nowhere. I sat in the same waiting rooms. I heard the same "everything looks normal."

What conventional care never asked me — and what I now ask every client — is what was happening in my whole life. Not just my diet or my sleep, but my stress, my emotional patterns, my sense of purpose, the weight I was carrying that had no name. That is where the real answers were.

"Haraya is the Filipino word for envisioning something not yet obtained. It is the act of dreaming with intention. That is exactly what this work is."

My heritage — I'm half-Filipino — is woven into the name and the ethos of this business. Hiraya means to envision a state not yet obtained. To dream. To empower. That's what I want for every woman who works with me: a vision of how she could feel, and the real, science-led path to getting there — through every part of who she is.
