ScrollRebuilding their energy, their hormones and their nervous systems with a personalised framework that holds up at 8am on a Tuesday.
It’s a root-cause approach. Rather than chasing symptoms one by one — a supplement for the bloating, a pill for the sleep, willpower for the rest — we look at why they’re happening in the first place.
Your gut, hormones, nervous system and energy are one connected system, shaped every day by what you eat, how you sleep, how you work, and how much your body believes it’s under threat. When one part is struggling, it rarely struggles alone.
So we work on the whole person: food first, lifestyle alongside, personalised entirely to your body and your actual life. Not a protocol. A framework you can run for good.
Persistent, recurring, “probably just stress” symptoms usually have a root cause. Recognise yourself in one of these — or all four — and that’s exactly where coaching starts.
Been told your bloods are fine? That’s where coaching starts — not where the conversation ends.
Coaching, not medicine — I work alongside your GP, never instead of them.
Your symptoms rarely exist in isolation. Energy, hormones, gut, stress, brain — each one affects the others. Click any area to explore.

Why you’re wiped by 3pm and wide awake at 11. We work on the daily rhythms that steady your energy — what breakfast looks like, when the caffeine happens, how your week is paced — so your hormones work with your schedule, not against it.
Bloating is not a personality trait. We build a way of eating that calms your gut and fits your actual week — the grab-and-go lunches, the client dinners, the no-time-to-cook evenings — without a rulebook or a restriction list.
A stress response that switches on for the big pitch — and genuinely switches off afterwards. Small, repeatable practices that take minutes, not hours, and teach your body it’s safe to power down.
Sharper mornings, fewer ‘why did I open this tab’ moments. We look at the everyday levers — sleep, meals, movement, real breaks — that protect your focus and clarity for the long haul.
For high-achieving women, burnout is rarely just physical. It often signals misalignment between how you are spending your time and what actually matters. We explore what genuinely nourishes your whole life.
Understand what your symptoms are actually telling you — and what to do about it. This guide answers the questions your GP does not have time for.

A three-month working partnership built entirely around your body and your calendar. Hormones, gut health, nervous system, energy — understood as one connected system, with food as the most practical lever you have.
Weekly calls. Support between them when the week goes sideways. No protocols designed for someone with two free hours a day and nowhere to be. (If that person exists, I haven’t met her.)
For the woman who has tried the tests, the supplements, and the discipline — and is ready for the framework that connects them.

On the horizon — group programmes from January 2027, corporate workshops, and The Haraya Retreat. The Letter hears first.
“Your body has been supporting your ambition for years. This is the year you support it back.”
As a woman in senior leadership, I felt I had to constantly do more to prove my worth — to earn and keep a seat at a table that was not always built for me. For years, that drive cost me my health. The IBS flare-ups I explained away. The missed periods I treated as a feature. The exhaustion I medicated with caffeine and sheer force of will.
My body was quietly keeping score while I was busy ignoring it. Getting properly well meant understanding it as one connected system — hormones, gut, nervous system, blood sugar — not a list of symptoms to manage between meetings. Food turned out to be the most immediate lever I had. That process changed everything, and it is why Haraya exists. I built the thing I needed.
Haraya takes its name from the Filipino word hiraya — to envision a state not yet obtained. My heritage, and the founding idea.
